My present Birds of the Americas 2009 exhibit is scheduled to open October 12, here is your invitation. The exhibit features images from coastal and the rain forest areas in Peru. This past July I spent two weeks exploring the Tambopata clay licks and travelling extensively up and down the Tambopata River in the Peruvian jungle. Additionally images from Costa Rica, Florida and New England are part of this exhibit. Unlike my first exhibit I am placing images online to be shared in the Internet. The advantage is I will be able to share more images than last year and the exhibit can go to the homes of viewers for those unable to visit the Boston Nature Center.

This has been a terrific year for me from a photographic point of view. So far my own backyard in Dorchester has provided me ample opportunities to explore and capture the beauty of raptors and wildlife around me. I expect and hope I can continue to expand my horizons. Shortly after my exhibit closes I will depart to Galapagos Island for a two week project. I hope to create a website at my return just as I created a Costa Rica website for my EarthWatch Institute expedition.
If you are interested in purchasing any of these images I do sell them as prints in different sizes. I no longer matt and frame my images for sale. However all the 18 x 24 or 22 x 28 framed and matted images from my exhibits are available on a first come first served basis. I still have a few 18 x 24 framed prints from my Birds of the Americas 2007. Email me if you have any questions. |
